Vienna Woods Law & Economics welcomes submissions discussing law and economics topics or public policy issues related to law or economics.  Essays and commentary should be kept under 2000 words.  Shorter works are preferred.   Submissions should be professional in tone, stylistically and grammatically well-written, and show competency in the subject matter discussed.  The site’s administrator reserves the right to reject submissions that fail to meet these criteria.

Submissions should be e-mailed to the site administrator at theodore.gebhard@aol.com.  Either Word documents or text in the body of an e-mail is acceptable.  If the essay or commentary refers to cases, statutes, codes, scholarly articles, media pieces, and other such sources, the author is highly encouraged to embed hyperlinks to those items into the text of the document at appropriate places.   The author should include his or her full name and a short professional biography with each submission, as well as an e-mail address and phone number.  The latter is solely for communications with the site administrator and will not be publically posted unless requested by the submitter.

By submitting a post, an author agrees to assume all responsibility and legal liability for the content of the post.
