Vienna Woods Law & Economics is dedicated to posting short essays and commentary on law and economics topics and public policy issues informed by legal or economic analysis.  The great Austrian economist and political philosopher, Friedrich A. Hayek, is said to have gone often to the Vienna Woods as a young man and student to study and think.  The site takes its name in honor of Hayek and the tranquility that the Vienna Woods must have provided him.
